We are very proud to share that Emeralite, Kabeer Gupta, a young and dedicated student of Class IV, has launched an inspiring campaign, “Ek Prayaas – Ek Kadam Shatranj Ki Aur” on 17 May, 2024, in the Nagjhiri village of Madhya Pradesh. Through this campaign, Kabeer aims to teach Chess in remote villages across Madhya Pradesh. He began his mission by teaching more than 50 students.
Kabeer Gupta chose Chess because it doesn’t require a large playground or a lavish court; it only needs a chessboard and a dedicated player. Moreover, Chess is excellent for brain development and is played in both rural and urban India.
This commendable initiative is supported by the MP Chess Ad-Hoc Committee and the FTS Yuva Indore Team.
We extend our heartiest congratulations to Kabeer Gupta for his visionary campaign. We wish him all the best in his endeavor and hope he continues to inspire others with his acts of goodness and dedication to community development.
