The AP Program offers college-level courses and exams you can take in high school. With qualifying AP Exam scores, students can earn credit and/or advanced placement or both.
Nearly all colleges and universities in the United States and more than 4000 universities in 100 countries, (such as the U.K., Canada, Singapore, the Middle East, etc.), consider AP participation favourably for admission and have policies around AP credit and placement.
AP Exams are administered once every year during the first two weeks of May.
Students are strongly encouraged to register during the first window, between September and November (prior to the testing year), to ensure they have ample time to prepare.

A Head Start in High School: Research consistently shows that AP students are better prepared for college than students who don’t take AP, regardless of their exam score. They’re more likely to enrol and stay in college, do well in their classes, and graduate in four years.
Review the AP course descriptions for the subject(s) you want to test in. Each description explains which topics are covered in the AP course and what might be on the exam.
Authorized AP Test Center
The Emerald Heights International School is authorised by the AP Program to administer the 2027 AP Exams. The exams are administered only in May each year and require advance registration.
Authorised AP test centres manage AP Exam registration in India. Students will follow registration and payment instructions provided by their respective preferred testing location.
Because test centres operate independently, their exam offerings, deadlines, fee, exam cancellation and refund policies and procedures may vary.
2027 AP Exam Schedule
