
The 90-minute session encouraged participants to reflect on the importance of leadership through service in today’s world. Before the event, schools submitted a slide highlighting a servant leader of their choice along with three reasons for their selection, prompting students to think deeply about the values that define service-oriented leadership.
During the interactive discussions, students heard diverse global perspectives and explored how qualities such as empathy, humility, and selfless action contribute to effective leadership. The conversations made a strong impact, reinforcing the relevance of servant leadership in shaping responsible and compassionate future leaders.
Overall, the session was an enriching experience that broadened students’ understanding of leadership in a global context.
