Emerald Heights Participated in the Round Square Postcard Session Hosted by Providence Day School, Charlotte, USA on the Theme “The Leadership Balance: Guiding and Deciding”

Emerald Heights participated in the Round Square Postcard hosted by Providence Day School, Charlotte, USA, on the theme “The Leadership Balance: Guiding and Deciding.” The session brought together students from countries including India, the USA, Namibia, Rwanda, Germany, Qatar, and South Africa, fostering a rich exchange of global perspectives.
 

Through interactive discussions and scenario-based questions, participants explored the importance of balancing guiding, listening, encouraging participation, and valuing diverse viewpoints, and deciding, taking responsibility and making timely decisions. The session highlighted that effective leadership requires adaptability, knowing when to collaborate and when to take charge.

Overall, the session was engaging and insightful, enhancing students’ understanding of leadership and inspiring them to become more thoughtful and decisive leaders.
The student delegates were Vibhor Kulshreshtha, Jinisha Chauhan, Sanvi Sujay Ghag, Samarth Choudhary, Aashka Gupta, and Kinisha Goyal (Class IX), accompanied by Mrs. Smriti Tiwari.
