The boarding houses nestled in a 100 acres of lush green campus with wide variety of trees and plants is a boon for the boarders as it provides them with a clean, green and positive environment and at the same time it brings them closer to the nature.
The welfare of the boarders and their safety in the boarding is the top priority at The Emerald Heights International School. There are two boarding houses, Fort Prithiviraj and Rani Padmini for boys and girls respectively. The boarders share rooms within their age groups so that friendships can be developed and fostered. The boarding houses accommodate students in each dorm under the supervision of in charge. This house system enables the dorm in charge to get to know the boarders very well and have an overall view of each one’s progress in terms of academics, sports and co-curricular. Dorm staff is always around to supervise them and provide social and emotional support if needed. In addition to the dorm in charges each house has a block head as well as domestic staff. Our houses also have resident tutors who offer not only academic guidance but support and encouragement in every aspect of a boarder’s life.
The boarders have a meticulously planned schedule for academic, sports and co-curricular activities with emphasis on out of the classroom learning including, sense of responsibility, time management, self-discipline and independent. The boarding houses are equipped with leisure facilities and rooms for self-studies. The food served in the dining hall for the boarders is full of variety and is nutritious and hygienic. The physical health of the boarders is over seen by doctors and nurses in the wellness centre. The 24/7 CCTV surveillance and the security personnel ensure the safety and security of each and every boarder on campus. All the facilities within the gated campus give the parents a feeling of security that their ward is in a safe and secure environment. The boarders are not left unsupervised at any time of the day and they learn, study, play and thrive in a safe environment.
