Emerald Heights takes immense pride in celebrating the outstanding achievements of its Emeralites, Yukti Patidar (Batch of 2026) and Meet Goyal of Class XI, who proudly represented India at the 2nd South Asian Throwball Championship 2026 in the women’s and men’s categories, respectively.
Competing against top teams from Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, both the Indian men’s and women’s teams emerged as Champions, bringing glory to the nation. The Indian Men’s Team defeated Sri Lanka in the final, while the Indian Women’s Team triumphed over Bangladesh to clinch the championship title.
The prestigious championship was organised by the Throwball Federation of India under the aegis of the South Asian Throwball Federation from 16 to 18 June 2026 at the Harivansh Tana Bhagat Indoor Stadium, Khelgaon, Ranchi, Jharkhand.
