The festival of Onam was celebrated with immense joy, enthusiasm, and cultural pride at The Emerald Heights International School. The celebration brought together our young learners from Pre-Primary to Class V, creating a beautiful blend of tradition, talent, and togetherness.
The delightful dance and musical performances beautifully reflected the colours, traditions, and festive spirit of Kerala. Dressed in vibrant traditional attire, our young Emeralites captivated everyone with their cheerful performances and enthusiastic participation.
Students across all levels also delivered speeches that offered meaningful insights into the significance, traditions, and cultural importance of Onam.
The celebration beautifully highlighted the essence of Onam: togetherness, gratitude, harmony, and the joy of sharing. It also provided our students with an opportunity to appreciate India’s rich cultural diversity while embracing the values of unity and togetherness.
