The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Boarding Schools’ Association of India was hosted by The Emerald Heights International School on the 5th and 6th August, 2023.
Established in 2021, BSAI is the pioneer Indian Association that serves and promotes the interests of residential, private, unaided boarding schools in India and around the world. They serve the staff and students of boarding schools by providing a forum that increases interaction and cooperation in our community and fosters a sense of collective purpose.
The meeting was presided by Dr. Sumer Bahadur Singh the President of BSAI. It was attended by the Executive Director of Pinegrove School, Solan, who is the Vice President of BSAI and the board member. The heads of the following schools attended the AGM- Emerald Heights, SelaQui, Dehradun, Welham Boys’ School Dehradun, The Kasiga School, Dehradun, St. George’s and The Woodstock from Mussorie and by MR. Bhavin Shah the CEO of Education World. During the meeting, presentations were given by MU 20 Schools, Michigan College Alliance and the Indian Didactics Association. The board members also visited Maheshwar, Omkareshwar and Mahakaal.
