Creativity periphery cannot be stretched until they sit on the floor and dirty their hands with mud or clay. While we do teach modesty to our kids, yet we feel that they need to be rough and tough to come up with unique products. In keeping with this idea and belief, the school grabbed an excellent opportunity for the students to experience insights, ideas and best practices of 21st century higher education in Design, Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship (DICE), in collaboration with a renowned university, ISDI and ISME, Mumbai on April 10, 2019. The platform was open to the students of XI and XII graders, wherein the focus was on Design Thinking to build empathy for users or customers, define a problem we are working on, ideate to come up with possibilities, prototype and test the best ideas. The day long work shop opened the students’ minds towards unconventional career opportunities lying ahead.
