The Regional Summit of School Principals on ‘Dealing with Failures – Developing Resilience in School Children’ being organized jointly by EHIS and ICTRC on July 12, 2018 wherein 150 Principals from renowned schools of the state attended and were benefitted. The gist of the conference was:
‘Resilience is not a trait that either people have or not have. It involves thoughts, skills, behaviors and actions that can be learned and developed in anyone. Resilience is not an end state of being, but rather a process of adaptation and growth. Resilient individuals have, through time, developed proper coping techniques that allow them to effectively and relatively easily navigate around or through crises’.
